David is a registered psychologist who completed his Masters of Clinical Psychology at Deakin University, and also works within youth and adolescent public mental health services in the Geelong area.  David has a particular interest and expertise in working with young adults who are experiencing depression and anxiety, suicidal thoughts, or have concerns relating to interpersonal issues and/or drug and alcohol use.  David has also completed a PhD in the area of personality psychology and worked as a mental health researcher.

David is a strong advocate for breaking down the stigma associated with mental health conditions, and believes in accepting all people with a non-judgmental attitude.  His  treatment approaches include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT).


Clients – Adolescents and young adults, as well as adults of all ages.
