Caitlyn Rogers
CLINICAL Psychologist
Caitlyn is a clinical psychologist who has completed her Masters of Clinical Psychology. She has experience working with children, adolescents and adults.
Caitlyn has worked with a diverse range of issues including: depression, anxiety, panic attacks, relationship difficulties, trauma, social-emotional problems, grief & loss and difficult life transitions such as beginning university, changing jobs and moving house.
Prior to becoming a psychologist Caitlyn worked in clinical research with older adults and families/partners affected by Alzheimer’s disease and cognitive ageing.
She has a particular interest in working with individuals who are experiencing depression, anxiety, interpersonal difficulties and stressful life circumstances.
Caitlyn predominantly uses a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) framework. She also incorporates elements of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) mindfulness and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) into her practice.
Caitlyn provides her clients with a safe space to be heard and understood. She also seeks to upskill her clients with knowledge and techniques they can use outside of the therapy room.
