Registered Psychologist

Kirrily is a Registered Psychologist who is finalising her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology. Kirrily’s therapeutic approach is warm, empathetic, and non-judgemental. Kirrily believes in an evidenced-based approach to therapy that she tailors to an individual’s needs and goals.

Kirrily has experience working with a wide range of issues including anxiety, self-harm, trauma, depression, grief & loss, support through end of life, and adjustment to stressful life changes.

Kirrily predominantly uses Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) approaches including Exposure Therapies, while incorporating Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT).

Kirrily has a particular interest working with people impacted by cancer, and those experiencing Fear of Cancer Recurrence.

Clients: Adolescents aged 12+ and Adults of all ages.
