Kirrily Zablan

Clinical Psychologist

Hi, I’m Kirrily! I’m a Clinical Psychologist who has completed a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Deakin University. My therapeutic approach is collaborative and goal-centred, with a strong foundation in evidence-based practices. I strive to create a non-judgemental and supportive environment, where we can work together to understand and address the challenges you’re facing.

I have experience helping individuals manage a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment to life stressors. Whether you’re navigating the transition to university, adjusting to new roles in relationships or parenthood, facing career shifts, preparing for retirement, or dealing with physical illness, I aim to work with you to develop personalised strategies for coping, growth, and well-being.

I predominantly use Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Exposure Therapy, while also incorporating Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT).

When I’m not in session, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my young family. Some of my favourite things include hiking in the Otways, having a hit of tennis, and unwinding at home with a good movie.

My goal is to support you in understanding your experiences, setting meaningful goals, and building the tools you need for positive, lasting change.
