Hannah Portogallo

Clinical Psychologist

Hannah is a Clinical Psychologist based in Geelong, who has recently completed her Doctorate in Psychology at Deakin University.

Hannah offers thoughtful and considered psychological care to adults (18+) navigating a range of mental health challenges and has extensive experience working across both public and community mental health settings. She is particularly passionate about helping individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, and adjustment issues.

Hannah’s clinical work is grounded in a deep respect for the lived experience of her clients. She adopts a holistic, person-centred approach integrating evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and trauma-informed frameworks that are tailored to individual therapy needs.

Hannah fosters a safe and respectful space where clients can explore their experiences, build insight, and work toward meaningful change. She believes strongly in the importance of personalised care and empowering individuals to harness their inner resilience.

When not in session, you’ll likely find Hannah enjoying the outdoors—running throughout Geelong and along the Surf Coast, or spending quality time with her family, friends and beloved border collie, Cleo. Hannah brings the same curiosity and authenticity to her personal life as she does to her clinical work.
