Shannon is a registered psychologist with a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology. She has experience working with adolescents and adults across school and clinical settings in both individual and group format. Shannon works with a range of presenting problems including, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, anger, assertiveness skill building, self esteem issues and body image related concerns.

With a background working in social services, Shannon has experience working with clients from disadvantaged and diverse backgrounds, and with complex needs. Shannon strives to be warm, empathetic and compassionate at all times whilst equipping her clients with the necessary skills and techniques to reduce or manage psychological distress and symptomology. Shannon employs a range of therapeutic interventions drawing from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy and Motivational Interviewing to help enable her clients to make long term mental and behavioural changes to support effective, positive change.
