Colin has degrees in Psychology, Social Science and Theology (Pastoral Counselling) and has worked extensively in public and private sectors providing psychological services and counselling for a range of mental health issues. These include; stress, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, trauma, chronic health problems, low self-esteem, adjustment to change, sleep disturbance, work and personal relationship difficulties, personality disorders and existential issues (search for meaning and purpose in life).
Colin is a Member of the Australian Psychological Society and applies an evidence based approach, including Cognitive Behavioral interventions, within a professional and ethical framework that seeks to empower clients through a collaborative, therapeutic process. The foundation of Colin’s therapy is respect for clients, empathy and trust.
