Bianca is a clinical psychologist who works in a community mental health service alongside her role in private practice. She is trained in evidence-based assessment, diagnosis and treatment of individuals with a range of mental health issues. Bianca has experience working with children, adolescents, adults and families across school and clinical settings in both individual and group formats. She has worked with clients who have experienced anxiety, mood disorders, emotion regulation difficulties, personality disorders, adjustment issues, trauma, autism spectrum disorders and interpersonal difficulties.
Bianca offers a collaborative, respectful, non-judgmental and family inclusive approach that is tailored to each client’s presenting difficulties. She adopts an integrative style of therapy including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), mindfulness and interpersonal psychotherapy approaches. Bianca is fully registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
